Due to the virtual nature of our conference, our poster presentations will be in a very different form from usual. Quite literally taking a page from our sister society ESMAC from last year, posters will be in extended format (4 pages) rather than a single large page, and the result will be submitted in PDF format and made available to registered conference attendees by the end of May. Poster authors are also asked to create 3 minute video presentations of their posters in mp4 format. Video directions for making the video presentations using a free Zoom account can be found here. Additional help for Zoom recordings can be found here. If you prefer to use different software such as Screencast-o-matic, you can find help here. (Warning: in some browsers this is not working, and you will need to download their application).
UPDATE (May 10) – You can also see this post.
